Embodied Yoga Practice

This embodied yoga practice emphasizes presence, slow mindful movement, and nervous system awareness, supporting a deeper relationship with body, breath, and inner experience. Yoga is a way to become present in the body, befriend the nervous system, and come home to yourself. Through movement, breath, and stillness, the practice supports clarity, regulation, and a deeper sense of connection with what is here.

Rather than escaping the body or quieting the mind by force, yoga offers a way to meet experience directly and build a steady relationship with yourself.

About My Teaching

I have been teaching yoga for the past two years, with experience in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. I have taught in Thailand, Germany, Portugal, and Brazil, working with beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.

My teaching adapts to the person in front of me. Sessions can be dynamic, strengthening, slow, or deeply restorative, depending on your body, your nervous system, and what is supportive in that moment. I work with clear structure and alignment while staying responsive to individual needs rather than following a fixed sequence or style.

Pre- and Postnatal Yoga

Pre- and postnatal yoga offers a unique way to deepen the relationship with your body and, during pregnancy, with your baby. It invites presence, openness, and attunement at a time of profound physical, emotional, and relational change.

Prenatal yoga is a stage where the practice is no longer only about what feels good for you, but also about what supports the baby at different stages of pregnancy. As you share your body with another being, the practice becomes one of listening, adapting, and staying present with changing needs, limits, and rhythms.

Postnatal yoga supports gentle re-connection with the body after birth. It offers space to restore strength, regulate the nervous system, and integrate the experience of pregnancy and birth with care and patience.

All sessions are adapted to the specific stage of pregnancy or postpartum and to individual needs.
