Who I am

My work so far sits at the intersection of people, systems, and meaning. My background combines governance and social systems with hands-on experience in facilitation, leadership development, and conflict-sensitive work across international contexts. I’m at my best when I can listen deeply, understand fast, and translate complexity into grounded next steps.
