Creating online and in person presence and connection

A 5-Day ART OF SAFE INTIMACY RETREAT 06.05.-10.05.2026

Safety, Connection & Embodied Truth – close to Berlin
All genders welcome

This retreat is an invitation to relearn intimacy from the inside out with yourself, with others, and with life.

Across five days, we create a grounded, consent-based space to gently unravel old patterns around closeness, safety, desire, and self-expression and to discover what becomes possible when the nervous system feels supported.

The retreat weaves together:

  • The Work That Reconnects (Joanna Macy)
  • Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté)
  • Ancient Tantra & Yoga practices

All practices are trauma-aware, consent-based, and fully invitational.
You always choose your pace. Your yes and your no matter.

WHAT THIS RETREAT IS ABOUT

  • building safety in your nervous system as the foundation for intimacy
  • noticing patterns, coping mechanisms, and stories that no longer serve you
  • honoring what these patterns once protected
  • expanding your capacity for connection, truth, and embodied presence
  • exploring intimacy beyond performance, pressure, or expectation
  • learning how to carry what you discover into your everyday life

This is not about pushing limits. It’s about growing capacity.

4-DAY WILD WOMEN RETREAT 09.04.-12.04.2026

Reclaiming Womanhood, Intuition & Embodied Expression – close to Berlin

This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself and to sisterhood.

Across four days, we create a safe, embodied space to gently unravel patterns of control, performance, comparison, and self-silencing and to remember what it feels like to live, move, and express from truth.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about honoring what shaped you, softening what no longer serves, and reconnecting with the Wild Woman within.

All practices are somatic, relational, trauma-aware, and consent-based.
Everything is an invitation. Your pace, your boundaries, and your inner knowing are respected at every step.

What This Retreat Is Really About

  • healing your relationship with your own womanhood
  • reconnecting with intuition, instinct, and embodied truth
  • releasing comparison and competition in sisterhood
  • creating safety in the body so expression can emerge naturally
  • learning to stand in your truth while allowing other women to stand fully in theirs

This is a space to be seen without shrinking
and to let others shine without threat.

EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

Over the past years, I have facilitated and hosted a wide range of in-person and online events focused on embodiment, presence, intimacy, communication, and conscious relating. PAST EVENTS

INTIMACY & CONSCIOUS RELATING

Since 2022, I have been facilitating one-day and weekend workshops exploring intimacy, communication, boundaries, consent, and self-expression. These spaces invite people to meet themselves and others with presence, clarity, and responsibility. The work supports participants in:

  • learning to feel their bodies and listen to what they communicate
  • recognizing clear yes, no, and maybe signals
  • expressing needs, desires, and limits with honesty
  • exploring intimacy without pressure, performance, or obligation

Workshops range from gentle relational practices to more intensive experiential formats, always clearly framed, opt-in, and trauma-aware. Depending on the container, practices may include movement, relational play, authentic relating, contact improvisation, role play, and embodied communication exercises. In more experienced spaces, the work may draw from tantric and BDSM-informed practices, including conscious domination and power dynamics, always with explicit agreements, clear consent structures, and the possibility to opt out at any time.

WEAVING SISTERHOOD

How women relate to one another has been a central inspiration in my work. I began hosting women’s circles in 2022 and facilitated my first four-day women’s retreat in June 2025 near Berlin. This work explores:

  • sister wounds and toxic femininity
  • jealousy, comparison, and competition
  • internalized misogyny
  • rebuilding trust, honesty, and supportive sisterhood
  • women-only ritual circles
  • embodied inquiry
  • vulva gazing
  • naked yoga
  • empowering photo sessions

Since 2025, I have been holding exclusive long-term women’s containers, where the same group of women gathers over an extended period of time to deepen these themes together within a stable, trust-based group.

RITUAL AND COLLECTIVE SPACES

I facilitate ritual and collective formats that allow expression beyond words and create space for grief, play, witnessing, and shared humanity. This part of my work is deeply shaped by Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects and forum practices studied in the Tamera community in Portugal. These spaces may include:

  • grief rituals and collective processing
  • embodied forum and witnessing practices
  • conscious ritual play
  • shame rituals

Ritual spaces invite participants to express what is alive beneath stories and roles, and to be met through presence rather than explanation.

In April 2025, I co-facilitated a two-week nature-based ayahuasca retreat in the mountains of Minas Gerais, Brazil, with a group of 16 participants, emphasizing preparation, integration, nervous system safety, and respectful group processes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT MY EVENTS

All spaces are held with clear framing and explanations, explicit consent and choice, opt-in structures, normalization of saying no, trauma-aware pacing, and respect for nervous system limits. Participants are invited to participate at the level that is beneficial for them at that space in time.
