WHAT THIS EMBODIED COMMUNICATION COURSE IS ABOUT

This embodied communication course focuses on cultivating presence as a lived experience, not a concept.
Presence Connects invites you to slow down, come into your body, and explore what becomes possible when you meet yourself and others from awareness, honesty, and embodied attention.

Rather than offering techniques or quick fixes, this work uses presence as the foundation for connection, communication, and self-trust. You learn to listen to bodily sensations, emotions, and inner signals, and to stay with them long enough for clarity and truth to emerge naturally.

Embodiment & Nervous System Awareness

The course works with body-based and trauma-aware practices that support nervous system regulation. You learn to recognize when you are present and when you are disconnected, and how to gently return to yourself without forcing or bypassing. Over time, this deepens your understanding of your nervous system and the relational patterns that show up in your life.

Relational Practice

Presence Connects is not only inner work. It is relational practice. Through guided exercises, reflection, and shared group space, you explore how presence shows up in relationship. You practice staying present while being seen, heard, and met by others, and learn how to sense and express what you truly want and need in each moment.

Integration Into Daily Life

The practices are designed to support everyday life. Presence Connects helps you bring embodied awareness into relationships, communication, decision-making, and self-expression. By the end of the course, you will have a clearer sense of which practices support you most and how you want to continue integrating presence into your daily life.

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU IF

Presence Connects may be supportive for you if:

• You long for deeper connection with yourself and others
• You feel disconnected from your body or emotions, or move between numbness and overwhelm
• You struggle to express needs, boundaries, or desires clearly
• You are drawn to trauma-aware, consent-based, embodied work
• You are open to exploring yourself through relational learning and shared space
• You already have some body awareness and want to deepen and refine it

No prior experience is needed. Curiosity, openness, and respect for the group container are enough.

THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF

This course may not be supportive if you are looking for fast results, performance-based confidence training, or purely cognitive tools.

Presence Connects is not about fixing or optimizing yourself. It is about learning to stay present with what is already here.

HOW THE COURSE WORKS

• Duration: 7 weeks
• Format: Online group course
• Weekly pre-recorded content (videos, audios, journaling)
• Weekly live group sessions (90 minutes)
• Slow, trauma-aware, consent-based pace
• All live sessions are recorded

Group size is limited to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

THE 7 WEEK JOURNEY 

Presence Connects unfolds over seven weeks, each building on the last and supporting a gradual, embodied integration. The journey moves from self-connection into relational presence, and toward integration in everyday life.

Week 1 — Anchoring in Self & Body
Cultivating safety, presence, and trust in your body.

Week 2 — Finding Your Body’s Voice
Learning to translate sensations and emotions into clear expression.

Week 3 — Boundaries as Connection
Discovering how clear limits can deepen safety and closeness.

Week 4 — Relating in Presence
Staying open, grounded, and responsive in contact with others.

Week 5 — Courage & Vulnerability
Expressing truth with steadiness, even when fear or shame arise.

Week 6 — Creating Meaningful Connections
Building and maintaining relationships intentionally, with clarity and care.

Week 7 — Integrating Presence in Your World
Bringing the practices into daily life, relationships, and long-term rhythms.

Each week includes guided practices, reflection, and live group sessions to support lived integration.

I realized that consent is everywhere, not only in our sexual life. Boundaries have to be set. But first, we have to know them.
