I am a facilitator, coach, speaker and educator working with embodied presence, conscious communication, and relational healing. I work with people who want to express themselves authentically in relationships without losing themselves. Through my work with embodied presence, conscious communication, and trauma-informed practices, I’ve seen again and again that difficulty saying no is not a lack of willpower, but a lack of safety in the body.

Many of us learned early that staying connected meant staying agreeable. Over time, this can lead to people-pleasing, guilt, fear of conflict, and a loss of connection with what we actually want. When we slow down, listen to the body, and stay present with what is here, clarity begins to emerge naturally.
