In my work I weave embodiment and consciousness development into relational and experiential work. My approach brings awareness into the body, relating, communication, and intimacy, supporting people in meeting themselves and others with greater presence and truth. As a systemic hypno coach, facilitator, retreat organizer, and yoga teacher, I create spaces where the body’s wisdom can be felt, trusted, and expressed. My work supports trauma sensitive healing, transformative relating, and honest self expression across relationships and everyday life. Rooted in lived experience and long term practice, my work invites depth, clarity, and connection, without forcing change, bypassing emotions, or losing oneself in the process.

Gathering in the name of sisterhood has been a cathalizer in building community for me. My Retreats have tackled sisterhood and sister wounds, healthy and toxic femininity and internalised mysogeny. How can we be on eye-level as women togehter, empower and love each other, and want each other to thrive rather than envy one another? This question is guiding the retreats and sister gatherings I bring together.
